How is it already 2017? With the blink of an eye, 2016 has come and gone. We are grateful to have had our best year yet! Hush Hush Little Baby has expanded to an additional location that now allows us to offer Houston overnight care and expanded our services to meet the needs of our clients better. We are so thankful for the opportunity to care for over 300 families who trusted us to care for their most precious and treasured ones in 2016 and look forward to serving many more families in 2017. 2016 brought us birth doulas, six new Certified Lactation Counselors, three new Certified Car Seat Technicians, and many other specialized certifications and workshops. This means our team is ready to provide you with lactation consults, car seat education, and inspections, and labor doulas in addition to overnight newborn care and temporary newborn day time care! We are so proud of the accomplishments of the team and thankful for the investment in continued education.
The year also took us on a new adventure; opening up a new location. Houston’s need for newborn care became evident about half way through the year when requests started pouring in. After finding care for several families there, we decided to meet the need for Houston overnight care by officially opening Hush Hush Little Baby, Houston. We look forward to providing elite newborn care in Houston. Our service areas for Hush Hush Little Baby include Washington, D.C., Baltimore, MD, Tampa, FL as well as Austin, San Antonio and now Houston, TX. With the addition of our newest location, our goal of giving you newborn care options, working with families, and providing Houston overnight care with the same high standard we have set in our other locations.
We are thankful to our 75 team members who show up to work every day to provide postpartum support for our clients. To date, we’ve provided almost 125,000 hours of care and support to families; many of whom are repeat clients or referral. We are looking forward to building strong and lasting relationships with our newest clients through our Houston overnight care services. We can’t wait to see what 2017 brings, maybe even a new location!
